Custom Black Powder Coated Sliding Steel Gate with Cedar Planking
This gate was fabricated offsite and powder coated. The gate’s size was approximately 16 feet in length by 6 feet tall. It needed to be made in two pieces and then bolted together onsite. Plates were also installed in between the tube posts in order to attach the cedar wood. Gate brackets and custom roller brackets were also fabricated for rolling the gate.
Custom Steel Staircases and Handrails
The customer requested to fabricate three new steel staircases to replace the apartments existing steel staircases. This project had a lot of moving parts, as field visits needed to be made for figuring out the dimensions and layout of the existing staircases and to coordinate with apartment management. Two of the staircases were similar with only slight dimensional differences and the other one was a 90-degree bend with a midway landing. We also needed to work closely with the management company, welding inspectors, and building inspectors.
Welding New Airport Transport Car Coupler
This was an onsite early morning welding project for the airport that required only a few hours. The customer provided the pre-fabricated steel coupler fixture and we needed to fit the existing dimensions of the car and completely weld it all the way around. In this case, the weld size is specified and welded to the given specification.

The customer contacted us for a mobile repair to their trailer that required immediate service. We were able to meet them the same day and complete the repair in the field. The existing brackets for the trailer jack had been broken off and needed to be welded to the trailer and reinforced.

We were requested to visit to take measurements for a steel rack that customers used to hang cabinet door’s that they refinish. This project was an existing ornamental iron fence that needed repairs due to a large tree branch falling on it and causing significant damage. A large section of this ornamental fence was cut out and a new section was fabricated and installed onsite.
